Shipping Options

Note: The minimum shipping charge on any order is $6.00

Shipping within the United States:

Unless otherwise requested all packages are shipped by UPS or US Priority Mail in the continental United States, which generally takes 3-5 working days. You may also request NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY or EXPEDITED delivery at additional cost.

Shipping for overseas orders:

Larger items and higher value orders going overseas will be shipped by UPS (delivery is generally within 5-7 working days).

Smaller items and lower value orders will be sent by Postal Service (delivery times vary by service and location).

IF YOU WISH TO USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER YOU MUST MAKE THAT REQUEST AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER.

Most orders are shipped by Hocus Pocus the same day they are placed. Orders which arrive late in the business day will be shipped the following day. Any items which must be back ordered will be shipped immediately upon arrival from our supplier.

Shipping costs:

Charges for shipments on domestic orders are based upon weight. Some dealers charge a percentage of your total order amount. However, with that method, if you have purchased a small and easily shipped item which is expensive, you will end up paying unnecessarily high shipping costs.

Insurance on shipments:

All orders are insured for full value unless otherwise requested at the time of order placement.

Please note: Once your package is picked up by the shipper of your choice, Hocus Pocus has absolutely NO control over it. We likewise have no control over customs inspections or any other delays in shipping. Problems with shipments must therefore be directed to the shipper. Tracking numbers are available on request. However, we ask that you please wait at least 5 days before requesting tracking information.
